2 day Wood Salt/Soda Firings in Bridgewater CT. Our new Olsen Fast Fire Wood Salt/Soda kiln allows members to experience the excitement of wood firing. Split wood, glazes, wadding, salt and/or soda supplied. The kiln site is about 1 hour from NYC and 3 hours from the Hamptons. Beautiful renovated Mill on the property is available for rental housing. Space is limited to 4 members per firing

If you can't get away for a weekend, you can send pieces for the firing. Glaze the work at Celadon. Most of our gas kiln glazes work well in wood/salt.

Our four burner sprung arch gas kiln gives members and other clay artists an opportunity to experience the beauty of Cone 10 reduction glazes. Glaze your bisque at Celadon. We have over 20 reduction glazes availble. Learn to stack and fire.
